Irish Bugs is our 4 year old junior stallion who is really putting some fancy babies on the ground! His 2004 colt crop boasts 100% color on AQHA and APHA mares. In addition to his promising career as a sire, Irish has attended "graduate school!" He has had several months of reining training, limited barrel and rope training, and extensive use on the ranch. His trainers have all enjoyed his laid back personality and willingness to learn. Irish is a son of Western Bugs, an ROM earner in Racing, Heading and Heeling. He's out of a Walters Chick (superior race) mare. In addition to being bred in the purple, Irish is homozygous for the tobiano gene! He has a comical personality, and a true affinity for people. He enjoys sharing his living quarters with his best friend Mary, a pretty "little" potbellied pig.

Western Bugs (ROM racing, heading, heeling) is a son of Western Native (ROM racing, stakes winner) out of a AAA daughter of Shawne Bug (Superior Race). "Bugsy" passes on his great disposition, conformation and athletic ability. His versatility is AMAZING! He is the sire of several winning barrel horses, rope horses and also throws outstanding dressage prospects. A son of Bugsy is in training at Underhill Farm in MN and is currently showing the same talent as several of their imported warmbloods! Bugsy's books are closed once again, but we do have several Bugsy babies for sale at the ranch!
